What? That beautiful wooden roll-top desk. I am obsessed with them (also all over the place in Utena).
Gimme! I knew they’d be pricier than my current crappy $50 Ikea desk, but the smaller ones aren’t so expensive after all!!

I also like this shot of Naru’s room - so enormous. No one in Tokyo has rooms like that though. I guess this show implies all the girls are completely loaded (ie living in Azabu etc).

Pictures of the dorm rooms in Shojo Kakumei Utena (少女革命ウテナ)、full of beautiful wooden antique looking furniture.
I have never wanted a roll-top desk and tea set so badly until seeing this show.

This is not Sailor Moon related but, I have always wanted a black-rose embellished tea set like they use in the other awesome 90’s girl show, “Shojo Kakumei Utena.” Utena was the only show that could rival my obsession with Sailor Moon.
