What? Stolen apple pie!
Chibi Usa bakes a lattice top apple pie for a friend she made at sculpting class….but Usagi takes it and eats it with the girls. It seemed delicious!
Gimme! I am a terrible cook and am too lazy to make a good pie crust but even my slap dash apple pie kicks ass.
You need…
Apples of course, with sugars, flour, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), at bit of flour and a double pre-made pie crust. You essentially mix it all up and pour it into the crust, plop the lattice work on top and bake until its delicious. So easy! I’ll make it this weekend with a pair of pink oven mitts, like Usagi.
